Why Register?

Our registration process is designed to introduce the client to a Lolopop Project Manager. Once communications are established, you’ll be able to evaluate Lolopop’s services. The process works like this:



  • You agree to our Terms of Use for the site.
  • A Project Manager is assigned to explore project possibilities with you.
  • The Project Manager sends you a signed Client Confidentiality Agreement guaranteeing that all your documents and conversations are confidential.
  • You are introduced to all aspects of the Lolopop Project Process and Document Masters
  • The Project Manager contacts you to establish communication, answer questions, and determine whether and how to start.
  • You are assigned a project identifier, a login and a password to gain access to Lolopop Project Document Templates, Client Document Upload Areas, and Client Download Areas.


Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to review documents and templates. If you establish a project, your organization will be able to upload the documents needed to proceed with projects; and, download documents such as status reports, schedules, costs, code, escrow accounting, and project work products.
