What Happens Now?

Now that you are registered:



  • A Project Manager will be assigned to work with you on your project.
  • You will be contacted by the Project Manager to decide how to proceed.
  • A signed Client Confidentiality Agreement will be sent to you.
  • A login and password will be supplied for each participant in the project.
  • Using the logins and passwords, your project documents will be uploaded into your "My Projects" file area.
  • Your documents will be reviewed by Project Manager, Configuration Manager and Quality Manger.
  • In consultation with you, or your designated representative, a starting point or phase will be determined for the project.
  • Missing documentation or information will be identified so a phase estimate can be made.
  • A complete project plan will be prepared and costed showing how the current phase will be completed.
  • Estimates will be supplied for the other phases of the project.
  • A complete set of plans will be prepared including Risk Management, Configuration Management, Quality Management, Change Control, Problem Resolution and Development Plan.
  • A Finance Plan will be prepared showing a schedule of escrow payments for the project.
  • Work on the current phase will begin.
  • Status Reporting, Work Product Delivery, Releases will be delivered as per agreed schedule.
