There are three basic conceptual areas in this website. Understanding what they
are and why they exist will help the user in getting maximum benefit from this site.
The first site area provides public information about Lolopop Project Central.
It is designed to inform potential Project Management Clients about our services
so they may decide whether they want to pursue a relationship with Lolopop Partners.
This area is freely available just by typing the URL http://projectcentral.lolopop.net
into the users internet browser, or accessing it from the main site http://www.lolopop.net.
The second site area is for Project Management Clients who wish to begin a conversation
with Lolopop Partners about a project the client is considereing. This area requires
the client contact to register so that we may get back to the client with answers
to client questions. A Client Information Non-Disclosure is provided to the client
where Lolopop Partners agree to securely regard and handle all client information
confidentially. A signed confidentially agreement is provided to the client.
The third area is designed to provide for exchange of information with Project Management
Clients concerning a particular project. Access to this area is with a login provided
to the client contact by Lolopop Partners. The site area provides detailed access
to Lolopop Partners Project Methodology and Practices including templates for key Project Management Client Documents such as System Vision, Project Request, Functional
Specifications, etc. It also provides upload areas for confidential client documents and download areas for confidential reports, assessments, documents, code and other
work products engaged with Lolopop Partners or resulting from such an engagement.
Once the client is engaged with Lolopop Partners in a project, or consideration
for a project, tools are provided to the client to adminsiter login access to their
download/upload areas, document templates, and methodology and practices used by
Lolopop Partners. In essence a complete reporting and document tree is provided
to the client to provide complete transparency of information to the client of project
progress, acceptance, code, releases, resourcing, payment and other important detailed
information.
