Why a Client Confidentiality Agreement?

The Client Confidentiality Agreement is designed to protect you by providing you and your organization with a executed agreement guaranteeing that all Lolopop representatives will hold confidential any information you provide. Once we have sent you this signed agreement, we will regard all of your information as confidential trade secrets belonging to you and your organization unless we are specifically told otherwise in writing. Lolopop will bind anyone seeing your information with a Non-Disclosure Agreement before they are permitted access to your information.

In some cases, information will already be known to us through public channels such as professional societies, publications, and other information sources. Publically available information is generally not governed by this agreement.

In essence, Lolopop asserts that information you or your organization regards as confidential will not be divulged to an unauthorized third party by Lolopop. We have not experienced a breach of confidentiality regarding customer assets, files or state and federal privacy obligations. We would treat such breaches as a legal matter and prosecute them to the fullest extent.

The Client Confidentiality Agreement is offered to facilitate the flow of information necessary to allow Lolopop to assess and move forward in supporting your projects.
